Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email address and the password you set (stored only in a hashed form).
• Kit content — the bios, photos, videos, topics, testimonials, links and other materials you add to your kit.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited details such as your plan, status and the last digits and type of card; we do not store full card numbers.
• Booking inquiries — the name, email, organization and message that someone submits through your Book Me form, which we pass to you.
• Usage and device data — basic analytics such as kit views, downloads, QR scans, referrers and similar information, used to give you your dashboard stats and to run the Service.
• Cookies — we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the site.

• to provide, maintain and improve the Service and your kit;
• to process payments, renewals and complimentary access;
• to show you analytics about your kit and deliver booking inquiries to you;
• to send you account, billing and service messages, and optional alerts you turn on;
• to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and
• to comply with our legal obligations.

When you use the AI Kit Builder, the website text or notes you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate drafts for you to review and edit. We do not use this to make decisions about you, and the drafts are yours to keep or discard.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who run parts of the Service for us — for example payments (Stripe), hosting and database, email delivery, video hosting, analytics and affiliate tracking — under agreements that limit their use of it;
• with the people you choose — your public kit, and the booking inquiries you receive;
• to comply with the law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of you, us or others; and
• as part of a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, with notice where required.

We keep your information while your account is active. If your account is canceled or terminated, we keep your kit data for 90 days so you can reactivate or export it, after which we may delete it. We may keep limited records (such as billing records) for longer where the law requires.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including row-level access controls and hashed passwords. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and edit most of your information in your dashboard, and cancel your plan at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us at support@instantmediakit.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

The Service is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We operate in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
